01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on Luki8, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. This acceptance is effective from the moment you first interact with the platform in any meaningful way.

If you are accessing Luki8 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.

Luki8 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via on-site notices or email. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the Luki8 platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for personal use.
• You are registering as an individual and not on behalf of a business entity for gaming purposes.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed with Luki8.
• You have not previously had a Luki8 account closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not under instruction from a third party.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on Luki8. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, and any payment details required for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of your account along with the withholding of any balance held within it.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact Luki8 support immediately. Luki8 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

• One account per person, per device, per household.
• Account details must match the name on your registered payment method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank account, etc.).
• You must update your details promptly if anything changes.
• Luki8 may verify your identity at any point and request supporting documents such as a copy of your CNIC.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on Luki8 are conducted in PKR. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, and mobile wallets. Luki8 does not accept payments from third parties — deposits and withdrawals must be made from accounts in your own name.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages. Luki8 does not charge fees on standard transactions, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. If your account has not previously been verified, or if you are submitting a withdrawal above a certain threshold, Luki8 may request documentation before processing the payment. This is a standard anti-fraud and account security measure.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit where possible.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) typically process within 30 minutes during operational hours.
• Bank transfers may take 1–5 business days depending on your bank.
• Luki8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Funds deposited but not wagered may be subject to administrative review before withdrawal.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Luki8 offers a range of bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Pakistan Super League and major international cricket tournaments. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page and must be read before claiming.

General bonus rules that apply across all offers unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. One bonus per player, per promotion, unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type — Slots typically contribute 100%, while Live Casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Check individual promotion terms for specifics.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. If not claimed or fully wagered by the expiry, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Luki8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or cancel bonuses in cases of suspected abuse.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, using multiple accounts, or reverse withdrawal to retain bonuses — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and potential account suspension.

If you are unsure whether a specific gaming strategy is permitted within a promotion, contact support before proceeding. It is always better to ask than to find a bonus invalidated after the fact.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on Luki8 — including Slots, Live Casino tables, and Esports markets — are provided by certified third-party game studios and suppliers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or by live events, as applicable.

Sports betting and cricket markets, including PSL matches and T20 internationals, are priced based on real-world event probabilities. In-play markets may be suspended at any time at Luki8's discretion. Bets accepted in error — for instance, after an event has already concluded — are void and will be refunded.

• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays for affected rounds.
• In cases of genuine system errors affecting game results, Luki8 will assess and resolve disputes individually.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed within each game and may vary.
• Winnings on bets placed with bonus funds are subject to the relevant bonus terms before withdrawal.
• Luki8 reserves the right to void bets where there is clear evidence of a pricing error or technical fault.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Luki8 platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Registering more than one account for personal use.
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any AI-assisted tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, particularly in Live Casino games.
• Deliberately exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or platform feature.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent deposits, or chargeback abuse via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or any other payment method.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Luki8 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to manipulate live sports events or Cricket matches on which bets have been placed.
• Sharing or selling access to your account in exchange for money or any other consideration.

08 Responsible Gaming

Luki8 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. We believe that gaming should always be a form of entertainment — something you do with a budget you're comfortable losing, never as a means to generate income or cover financial obligations.

Every Luki8 account includes tools to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session Reminders: Set time alerts to remind you how long you have been playing.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a chosen period — from 24 hours up to several weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel you need a complete break from gaming. This cannot be easily reversed.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

Luki8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested.
• Chargebacks initiated against Luki8 through any payment provider.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity for a prolonged period (as defined in our operational policy, communicated separately).

If your account is suspended, you may not be able to access your balance or place new bets during the suspension period. If a closure is found to be in error, contact support and the matter will be reviewed. Luki8 aims to resolve disputes fairly and transparently.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to verification.

10 Privacy & Data

Luki8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Personal information including your name, CNIC details, phone number, email address, and payment information is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and payment processing. This data is stored securely and is not sold to third parties.

• You have the right to request access to the personal data Luki8 holds about you.
• You may request correction of inaccurate data at any time through support.
• Data used for verification purposes is retained in accordance with applicable data retention standards.
• Communications from Luki8 may include transactional messages, security alerts, and — where opted in — promotional offers.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Luki8 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface designs, software, and promotional materials — is the property of Luki8 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

Game content and software provided by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those studios. Your access to games on Luki8 constitutes a limited, non-transferable, personal licence for entertainment purposes only.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, Luki8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses due to:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, or banks.
• Losses incurred as a result of gaming decisions made by the account holder.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Inaccurate information provided by you during registration or verification.

Luki8's total liability in any circumstance is limited to the balance held in your account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits Luki8's liability for fraud or wilful misconduct on our part.

13 Changes to These Terms

Luki8 may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or on-site notification. Minor clarifications may be made without specific notice, though the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.
